Raleigh, NC 27616 The removal and disposal of existing HVAC systems, installation of new HVAC systems, and installation of new line sets. All inspection and permitting fees are to be included in total cost. All work is to be performed in accordance with current North Carolina code. The Citys goal is to contract and sub-contract fifteen percent (15%) of the total contract amount Total cost of this project will be included within the bid package. All labor, materials, equipment and permitting fees in relation to the purpose of this project are to be included. Bid proposals shall be for a single lump sum.
