Question deadline is April 3rd , 2025, 5:00pm The Project consists generally of the following major items: 1. Remove and replace existing split system heat pumps and rooftop units totaling 67-tons. 2. Remove two existing 25-ton split system condensing units serving the decommissioned 911 back-up server room. 3. Provide ductless split systems totaling 3-tons to serve the decommissioned 911 back-up server room. 4. Provide pre-construction and post-construction test and balance. 5. Control new system via new controllers and new jace. 6. Add Alternate: Replace existing 12-ton Liebert unit. The Owner/City Council reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. Furthermore, the City's goal is to contract or sub-contract fifteen percent (15%) of the contract amount to certified MWBEs on construction projects over $300,000, or with contracts that include $100,000 or more in state funding
