Site work and paving for a road / highway in Mohrsville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Bituminous Seal Coating and Crack Sealing on various roads within Centre Township 12,202 SY Double Bituminous Seal Coat using a Polymer Modified Emulsion with an initial application of #8 stone with 1.0% loss by wash followed by a second application of #9 Stone with 1.2% loss by wash as per as per Pub. 447, Section MS-0340-0005. All materials must meet PennDOT Pub. 408 or Pub.447 Specifications and Standards. Bidders must be PennDOT prequalified and must supply proof of prequalification. Proposals must be on forms provided by the Township. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Centre Township. The successful bidder for the "2025 Bituminous Seal Coat Bid Proposal" will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. Centre Township Municipal Building and pending review awarded on Tuesday April 22, 2025 at a special or regularly scheduled Centre Township Board of Supervisors meeting at approximately 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the agenda allows. The Centre Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interest of the Township.
