As of September 08, 2025, the project was awarded to Empire Services, with an awarded amount of $35,669.16. The work to be performed under the 2025 Drainage Improvement Projects includes the replacement of the culvert on Drake Road. The culvert replacement includes bypass pumping, removal of the existing culvert, the installation of a proposed 48" HDPE pipe, and paving restoration. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Proposal Security equaling ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal. Proposals shall be effective for forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of opening, and the Work must be completed not more than seventy-five (75) calendar days following receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The OWNER reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals or portions thereof. Certain portions of the project may be modified or eliminated as a result of budget limitations.
