The Contractor shall provide engineering, procurement, construction, and demolition services for the Haynes Generating Station (HnGS) Unit 8 Cooling System Retrofit Project. The Contractor shall demolish the existing Once-Through-Cooling (OTC) infrastructure, construct and install a cooling tower, install an additional outside station service transformer, modernize the stormwater and wastewater systems, and perform various additions and betterments at HnGS. Project activities shall allow HnGS to continue normal operations following the cease of operation of OTC. All bids rejected and will be rebid under RFP No. 90833R1.
