Renovation of a mixed-use development in Union Bridge, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid to establish a contract to furnish and install a walk-in cooler and freezer combo at Francis Scott Key High School, Winfield Elementary, walk-in freezer and walk-in cooler at Piney Ridge Elementary and a walk-in cooler at Manchester Elementary. Carroll County Public Schools, herein called CCPS, is contracting for all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment, necessary to furnish, deliver, and install free-standing Bally Refrigeration Boxes only, *NO SUBSTITUTIONS*, in accordance with the attached terms, specifications, and general conditions. This project is intended to be "turnkey" as far as installation is concerned, meaning the successful bidder will include all costs for mechanical and electrical permit. Price must include demolition work and removal of debris. All electrical power wiring and control wiring must be included for the new units. All necessary sub floor upgrades for walk-ins in pits, also to be included. Question Deadline 04/14/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Should the bidder find during examination of contract drawings and specifications, or after visiting the site, any discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities, or conflicts in or among contract documents to be in doubt as to their meaning, the bidder shall bring the questions to the attention of the Purchasing Office via fax (410- 751-3105), or e-mail (jlyingl@carrollk12.org ) Bonds are not required for the ITB.
