Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marbleton, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project consists of the following work: Cleaning, preparing and installing a chip seal with a flush coat (fog coat) for approximately 89,000 SY of curb and guttered streets in the town of Marbleton. Associated to this project is asphalt patch work of approximately Six tons of asphalt. The Contractor will also be required to sweep and remove all chips at the completion of the project Question Deadline 04/28/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Preference will be given to resident Wyoming Contractors in the amount of five percent (5%) of the low bid in accordance with Wyoming Statute 16-6-101, et. seq. Town of Marbleton reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of any bid, to waive any formality in any bid, as its best interest may appear Each BIDDER will be required to submit, with his proposal, a certified check, or Bid Bond made payable without condition to the Town of Marbleton in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the BIDDERs maximum Bid Price as guarantee that such BIDDER will enter into a contract within fifteen (15) days after the date of the OWNERs Notice of Award. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
