Site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the addition of a 3,870-square-foot educational facility; for the renovation of a 1,685-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
This project consists of a 3,870 SF addition and a 1,685 SF renovation of existing classroom space. - The project includes earthwork, asphalt, site concrete, seeding, building concrete, masonry, structural steel, rough carpentry, architectural casework and countertops, air barriers, metal roof panels, roofing, firestopping, sealants, hollow metal and wood doors, aluminum storefront, glass and glazing, gypsum board assemblies, tile, flooring, acoustical ceilings, specialties, window treatments, fire protection, mechanical, and electrical. Construction shall begin for the renovation in June 2025 and will be completed in August of 2025 and the construction for the addition will start in June of 2025 and be completed in January of 2026. Construction Engineers is soliciting competitive "Lump Sum Bids" for All Contract Categories. Should a bidder find a discrepancy or require clarification in the bidding documents, the bidder shall submit a request for clarification via email to the following individual: CaseyS@ConstructionEngineers.com. Verbal clarifications will not be entertained. All requests for clarification must be submitted 72 hours prior to Bid Date. All plan holders will be notified of changes via email.
