**As of February 22, 2022, the project was awarded to Meyer Contracting Inc. with an awarded amount of $3,935,542.54.** Project scope of work includes the following approximate quantities: 100550 CY of Common Excavation, 31525 CY of Topsoil Stripping, 2325 CY of Rock Riprap, 5025 SY of Filter Fabric, 1230 LF of Storm Sewer, 80 LF of Manholes, 3 EA of Manhole Castings, 2 EA of Pond Skimmer Grates, 9225 SY of Subgrade Preparation, 2750 CY of Aggregate Material for Road, 5525 SY of Geotextile, 3260 SY of Geogrid, 1460 LF of 30 Forcemain, 1 LS of 78 Forcemain Connection, 1 LS of Supervisory Control Structure, 1 LS of Stormwater Pump Station, 2 EA of Storm Station Pumps, 1 LS of Storm Station Piping/Forcemain, 1 LS of Electrical, 19 Acres of Seeding, 12 Acres of Straw Mulch, 3.5 Acres of Hydromulch-Bond Fiber Matrix, 2425 LF of Silt Fence, 1415 LF of Fiber Roll, 7760 SY of Erosion Control Blanket, 1 LS of Erosion Control, 1 LS of Traffic Control, and Other Related Work. Each bid must have a pdf document which contains an acceptable bidder s bond in a sum equal to five percent of the full amount of the bid, executed by the bidder as principal and by a surety, conditioned that if the principal's bid be accepted and the contract awarded to the principal, the principal, within ten days after notice of award, will execute a contract in accordance with the term of the bid and a contractor's bond as required by law and the regulations and determinations of the Grand Forks City Council. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any informality in the bids received and to accept any bid deemed to be most favorable to the interest of the City of Grand Forks.
