Question Deadline 04/09/2025 Bids and shall be directed to Gordon Klaus at the office of Three I Design, 2425 West Indiana Street, Evansville, Indiana 47712, Main office- (812) 423- 6800; Direct- (812) 422-8816; e-mail: gklaus@threeidesign.com Project Description: New construction of a 27,445 square foot building, 19,256 square feet of which is an Event Center and the remaining 8,189 sq. ft. is a build-out space for Youth Services. The Event Center has an 8,148 sq. ft. Event Hall that can be divided into two smaller Event Halls with a folding partition wall. In addition to the Event Hall, the Event Center will also have offices, conference room, (2) community classrooms, (2) hospitality suites, beverage service, catering kitchen, and support spaces such as restrooms, storage rooms, mechanical and electrical rooms. The Youth Services build-out space will have an office, conference room, three (3) game rooms, and support spaces such as restrooms, storage room, janitor's closet and IT room. The Event Center will also have a drive under canopy at the main entry. The building is supported by 241 parking spaces.
