LaSalle, Chicago IL 60602. All inquiries regarding the Bid Documents or procurement process may be directed to the Procurement Specialist/Senior Procurement Specialist in online. This Contract will be in effect for a period of twenty-four (24) months. The Department will establish the actual start and expiration dates subsequent to the formal award and release of this Contract unless negotiated prior to the release of this Contract. The expiration date will be the last day of the 24th full calendar month after the established start date. Work may be made only as authorized by Sub-Orders issued in accordance with paragraph above entitled "Sub-Orders". The Contractor must furnish to the City the supplies or services specified under all Sub-Orders up to the maximum contract value. Any quantities shown on the Proposal Pages are estimated quantities for the initial term of the Contract and as such are for bid canvassing purposes only. The City reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities. The City will be obligated to pay for only quantities of Work that are performed and accepted under Sub-Orders issued by the Department. Under the City's MBE/WBE Construction Program as set forth in MCC 2-92-650 et seq, the program-wide aspirational goals are 26% Minority Owned Business Enterprise participation and 6% Women Owned Business Enterprise participation.
