Demolition of: 38 Lineal feet of I"x8"x8' dog-eared boards (shadow box pattern). 93 Lineal feet of 2"x4" treated horizontal rails. The contractor shall haul all debris from the demolition. Installation of: Re-use the existing fence post and the 2 gate frames. Install operable gate with locking hasp hardware. 40 Lineal Wood fence: I"x8"x8' dog-eared boards, rough-sawn treated lumber with 1" overlap. (Solid Dog- eared pattern) 93- horizontal 2"x4" treated wood rails. All wood, including Southern yellow pine, is to be pressure treated.
