Westerly Administration Building Elevator Modernization project. In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work: Elevator modernization at Administration Building (W10) of Westerly Wastewater Treatment Center; including HVAC and electrical upgrades, and modifications to the existing elevator equipment room door and frame. The NEORSD reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received. Bidders shall review the Instructions to Bidders and all other contract documents prior to submitting a bid for this project. The Contract will be subject to the NEORSD policies and goals regarding the use of minority, women, and small business enterprises (MBE/WBE/SBE). These policies are contained in the Contract Specifications. The MBE/WBE/SBE goals for this Contract are 20.0% : MBE/WBE = 15.0% and SBE = 5.0% Estimate of Probable Construction Cost Westerly Administration Elevator Modernization project is $846,000.00. For this Project, NEORSD will not award a contract for any bid in excess of twenty percent (20%) above the Estimate of Probable Construction Cost. The Work shall be complete and all work, materials, and services not expressly indicated or called for in the Contract Documents which may be necessary for the complete and proper construction of the Work in good faith shall be provided by the Contractor as though originally so indicated, at no increased cost to the Owner.
