The Cleveland Public Library ("Owner") is seeking qualifications statements for architectural and engineering services for the renovation and expansion of its Fleet branch ("Project"). The Project consists of interior and exterior improvements and renovations of the building to include a computer lab/classroom, programming space, and technology. The qualifications required for the Project include:experience with libraries and public entities; experience with renovations; knowledge of requirements under ADA; ability in terms of workload and the availability of qualified personnel,equipment, and facilities; past performance, financial responsibility; and other qualifications as described in the Request for Qualifications ("RFQ"). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The total project budget is anticipated to be approximately $6 million, with a construction budget of approximately $5 million
