Questions will be received in writing no later than 10:00 a.m local time on April 29, 2025, 2023, via email at CousotrigoY@cmha.net The project consists of the replacement of the existing grid and Acoustic Ceiling Tile (ACT) from common areas and the removal/replacement of the Vinyl Composition Floor Tile (VCT), glued-down commercial carpet from common areas, and replacing it with a new glue-down Luxury Vinyl Plank Floor. The work includes all permits, labor, materials, and equipment for the work per the attached scope of work. SCOPE OF WORK a. First Floor: Remove the existing grid and ACT (approximately 2761 sqft) b. Remove and Replace 2x4 recessed ceiling lights (39 units) and 2x2 (1 unit) c. Coordinate with Comfort System to remove/reinstall 2 cameras in the community room and 1 in the main entrance. d. The contractor to remove/reinstall the Fire alarm smoke detectors(12 units) e. Remove/Replace 2x2 vent coversin the common areas(12 units) and one 1 x 1 in the hallway area. f. Installation of a new grid to accept 2x4 ACT approximately (2761sqft) (V.1.F), replace 40 trotters recessed light with new L.E.D lights(V.1.F).
