The Housing Authority of the County of Lawrence will re-ceive sealed bids under the Capital Fund Grant, for the following: (Sciota St. is a separate bid, & Big Run is a separate bid, & McGrath Manor is a separate bid) all three due the same day & time) "Roof replacements" @ the Sciota Street location, in New Castle, PA Submit sealed bids using the enclosed paperwork, bonds etc., separately for each lo-cation (a bidder may bid any one, or two or all three locations, but each is a separate bid and requires separate bid paperwork and separate bid bond). Place the entire bid package in-cluding bid form and all re-quired bonds & paperwork sealed envelopes. (if bid-ding more submit separate sealed bids; either way clearly mark each envelope with the name "Sciota Roof replacement; or Big Run Roof replacement; or McGrath manor roof re-placement" do not combine paperwork, do not place more than one bid in the same envelope, treat each one as a separate bid, and ALL with separate paperwork A certified check or bank draft payable to the Housing. Authority of the County of Lawrence, U.S. Government Bond or a satisfactory bid bond (on the form provided in the specification booklet) exe-cuted by the Bidder and the surety Company authorized to do business in the State of Pennsylvania, as identified in the current department of Treasury circular no. 570, in the amount of not less than 5% of the bid price shall be submitted with each bid. The HACL reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in bidding.
