Renovation of a municipal facility in New Castle, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Please find the pre bid-meeting notes and very important addendums to all three projects. Please note that the Addendums must be signed and included in the bid. Also another important thing to note, if you are bidding on more than one project, the bids must be separated in their own envelopes and marked with the project name of the bid. You must get the bid time stamped by a Housing Authority member in the Neshannock Village office located 481 Neshannock Ave New Castle PA 16103 and bids must be time stamped no later than 3 pm. Big Run Roof Replacement Project A certified check or bank draft payable to the Housing Authority of the County of Lawrence, U.S. Government Bond or a satisfactory bid bond (on the form provided in the specification booklet) executed by the Bidder and the surety Company authorized to do business in the State of Pennsylvania, as identified in the current department of Treasury circular no. 570, in the amount of not less than 5% of the bid price shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Labor and Material and Payment bond or equivalent as
