Renovation of an educational facility in Lancaster, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Lancaster County School District is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified sources to provide labor and materials for the replacement of canopies at Brooklyn Springs Elementary School in accordance with the requirements, specifications, and drawings of this solicitation. All questions relating to the solicitation must be submitted in writing by email to trevor.hammond@lcsd.k12.sc.us The project work consists of removal of existing canopy sections at Brooklyn Springs Elementary, including associated stormwater management systems and sidewalks as shown in the Construction Drawings. New manufactured walkway covers will be provided in-kind, as shown in the Construction Drawings. Additional stormwater work and new sidewalks will also be included, along with tree removal and planting. Project Location: 1637 Billings Drive. Lancaster, SC 29720
