Broughton Street, Sherman, Texas 75090 parking lot site work, sidewalks, ADA compliant ramps, and interior renovation to include two restrooms and a kitchenette service area at the Serman Senior Center, in a CDBG-eligible area which exhibit objectively determinable signs of physical deterioration and where the City has determined that immediate action is necessary to arrest the deterioration and that permanent improvements should be carried out as soon as practicable.
