Remodeling of a municipal facility in Sherman, Texas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 1,800-square-foot municipal facility.

SCOPE OF WORK Contract shall provide all labor and materials, and perform all work necessary for the completion of improvements as described below: - Remove 1,800 SF of tile flooring. - Replace removed tile flooring with 1,800 SF of equivalent height of epoxy resin flooring. - Remove and install 11x16 of stainless L-shaped counter top, with bar topper on the 16 side. Counter top should be granite or quartz. - Remove and install 15 of upper cabinetry and 12 of lower cabinetry, which will include a granite or quartz counter top and new sink. Counter top must match throughout project. - Remove two 36 doors and replace with metal doors of same size. Additionally, install access control locks. - Remove four ceiling fans, replacing two of them. - Repaint and install trim for six rooms, approximately 1,800 SF. - Remove and replace old lighting. + Remove and replace three-foot bathroom vanity with granite or quartz vanity. - Remove 325 SF of wooden paneling on ceiling, replacing with drywall. - Install a 2 stainless wainscoting for 18 feet of wall in a utility closet. The city operates on a fiscal year that ends on September 30 th Because state law mandates that a municipality may not commit funds beyond a fiscal year, this bid is subject to cancellation if funds for this commodity are not approved in the next fiscal year. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive technicalities at its option when in the best interests of said City.
