Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project involves construction of sidewalks along both sides of Walford Street from Belcher Drive to Morse Road, both sides of Sharbot Drive from approximately 350 feet west of Caravan Road to Heaton Road. Both sides of Northtowne Boulevard from Morse Road to Jonathon Court. Installation of sidewalk will include curb ramps and drive approaches. Post construction drainage and stormwater control will also be part of this project, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, as set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). Questions pertaining to the drawings, plans, specifications, IFB, and/or other contract documents must be submitted in writing to the Department of Public Service, Office of Support Services, by email to capitalprojects@columbus.gov through December 8, 2025. No phone calls will be accepted. CITY MBE/WBE GOAL FOR THIS CONTRACT: 0% Question Deadline 12/08/2025 Questions must be submitted in writing to the Department of Public Service, Office of Support Services, by email to capitalprojects@columbus.gov . No phone calls will be accepted. The City anticipates issuing a notice to proceed on or about February 3, 2026. All work is to be complete by October 31, 2026.
