Work shall be completed on or adjacent to the following streets within the City of Harper: Walnut Street (from HWY-160 to 21st St), HWY-160 (from Spruce St to Pine St), Ash Street (from Main St to HWY-160), and 12th Street (from Ash St to Pine St). The Contractor will be responsible for all curb and gutter replacement work as described within the Project Specifications (Scope of Work).
