Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Mount Sterling, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
sealed bids for the Main Street Sidewalk Project A preconstruction meeting will be scheduled with the low bidder after award. Bidders and DBE subcontractors must be prequalified with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and possess a Certificate of Eligibility at time of bid opening. A DBE goal of 2% has been established for this project. All other subcontractors must be prequalified when accepting subcontracts. Prevailing wages apply to this project. A 5% Bid Bond is required with the contractors bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a payment and performance bond in the amount of 100% of the bid. The City of Mt Sterling reserves the right to reject any and all bids and accept the Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bidder. No BIDDER may withdraw his/her bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof
