Site work for a civil project in Mount Sterling, Kentucky. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Mt. Sterling is implementing and is advertising a request for qualification for engineering services. Professional services may include, but are not limited to: feasibility and planning studies, preliminary engineering report, cost estimate preparation, planning, design, construction administration, inspection, other required engineering services, and administration. All firms interested in being considered for this project must submit a proposal detailing qualifications, technical expertise, management and staff capabilities, and prior experience related to the planning and the activities related to the engineering and design of solutions targeting issues such as, nonpoint source pollution (NPS), instream water quality improvement, and flooding, where green sinks can be used to alleviate such issues. Such work will contribute to the furthering of the City of Mt. Sterling's pollution mitigation plans, flood hazard mitigation, and improve water quality in the Hinkston Creek Watershed. The City of Mt. Sterling reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to waive any technicalities, and to negotiate with the respondent who most nearly meets the project requirements. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
