Reference Number 0000290749 Supply and installation of three Bridge Plate Culverts, installation only of various CSP culverts, granular resurfacing, reconstruction and embankment/road grade adjustments to approximately 500m of St. Mary’s Road between Road 15N and Road 16N, in the RM of Montcalm. Major items of work include but are not limited to: Excavation, installation of bridge plate culverts, steel headwalls and CSP culverts, embankment modifications, placement of granular materials, erosion control, ditch grading and landscaping. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the minimum Bid Price plus a Consent of Surety to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the minimum Bid Price and a Labour and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the minimum Bid price must be submitted with the Bid.
