Bethesda Regional Health Centre Inpatient Building Addition Furniture Tender, in Steinbach, Manitoba, is to furnish three floor areas approximately 1,664 m² (17,900 square feet), main and second floor, plus a finished basement level with exception of approximately 305 square meters of shell space for future development. Substantial Performance is scheduled 19, September 2025 and reach Total Performance on 31, October 2025. All areas of work and dates for installation proposed are subject to change and will be confirmed with issue of Owner's Purchase Orders: Installation will be starting the week of 20, October 2025. The Contract will be the Owner's Purchase Order and as defined in the Bid Documents. Vendor shall maintain in full force and effect, at its sole expense, policies of general liability and commercial general liability insurance in the minimum amount of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) for each claim for each policy year to insure SHSS, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents against any claim or claims for damages resulting, directly or indirectly, from the intentional or negligent acts of Vendor in connection with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement or the defective performance of any of the Furniture. All such insurance policies shall provide that they will not be canceled without providing at least thirty (30) days prior written notice to SHSS.
