OWNER'S RIGHTS The contractor understands that the RM's reserves the right to reject any or all quotations, and not necessarily accept the lowest quotation if it does not meet all specifications. PERFORMANCE ASSURANCE The accepted bidder shall provide a 50% performance bond for the faithful performance of the work. The bond shall be maintained in force for a period of 12 full months after the issue of the final certificate. All bonding costs are to be included in the stipulated price.
