**As of June 20, 2025, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** Description of work includes the following: Install approximately 195 linear ft of 6ft tall, 8-inch-thick pre-fabricated concrete wall with two (2) 20ft 4ft tall end sections to comply with setback requirements for a total length of approximately 235ft with the associated columns at 8 ft intervals. The installation location is on the north to south property line at 215 N 3rd St., Lantana, FL 33462. Installation shall comply with manufacturers specifications. Contractor is required to furnish design drawings to obtain a building permit to comply with the Florida Building Code Contractor is required to prep the fence line, i.e., to a construction quality grade, to maintain a consistent 6 ft. tall height. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and all other necessary incidentals required to perform the work. The Town of Lantana is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property. Further instructions and conditions are stated in the bidding documents. The Town reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive technicalities and/or any irregularities therein. The Town further reserves the right to award a contract to the bidder whose proposal best serves the interests of the Town in the sole discretion of the Town.
