As of July 30, 2025 Project has been cancelled , No definite date for rebid. Question Deadline 06/19/2025 To allow enough time for the Town to respond, requests for clarification and additional information should be received at least four (4) business days before the Due Date for the Bid (June 25, 2025) The Town of Lantana will be accepting an Invitation to Bid for a Contract for the furnish and installation of a pre-fabricated concrete wall. Description of work includes the following: Install approximately 195 linear ft of 6 ft tall, 5-inch-thick pre-fabricated concrete wall with two (2) 20ft 4ft tall end sections to comply with setback requirements for a total length of approximately 235ft, with the associated columns at 5 ft intervals. The installation location is on the north-to-south property line at 215 N 3rd St., Lantana, FL 33462. Installation shall comply with the manufacturers specifications. Contractor is required to furnish design drawings to obtain a building permit to comply with the Florida Building Code Contractor is required to prep the fence line, i.e., to a construction quality grade, to maintain a consistent 6 ft. tall height. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and all other necessary incidentals required to perform the work. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all required pages are included in the Bid. Therefore, all Bidders are advised to thoroughly examine the Invitation to Bid. The Town of Lantana is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property. Further instructions and conditions are stated in the bidding documents. The Town reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive technicalities and/or any irregularities therein. The Town further reserves the right to award a contract to the bidder whose proposal best serves the interests of the Town in the sole discretion of the Town.
