Site work for a municipal facility in Lantana, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
To allow enough time for the Town to respond, requests for clarification and additional information should be received at least four (4) business days before the Due Date for the Bid (September 03, 2025). Description of work includes the following: Install approximately 235 linear ft of 6 ft tall, 5-inch-thick pre-fabricated concrete wall with the associated columns at 20 ft intervals. The installation location is on the north to south property line at 215 N 3rd St., Lantana, FL 33462. Installation shall comply with manufacturers specifications. Contractor is required to furnish design drawings to obtain a building permit to comply with the Florida Building Code. Contractor is required to prep the fence line, i.e., to a construction quality grade, to maintain a consistent 6 ft. tall height. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and all other necessary incidentals required to perform the work. Note that anyone arriving more than fifteen (15) minutes after the meeting begins will not be permitted to sign in. The Town of Lantana is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property. Further instructions and conditions are stated in the bidding documents. The Town reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive technicalities and/or any irregularities therein. The Town further reserves the right to award a contract to the bidder whose proposal best serves the interests of the Town in the sole discretion of the Town.
