Furnish and install a prefabricated shelter at Maddock Park, per the specifications in Exhibit B. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and all other necessary incidentals required to perform the work. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that all required pages are included in the bid. All bidders are advised to thoroughly examine the Invitation to Bid. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid meeting is required, and all participants must sign in upon arrival. Anyone arriving more than fifteen minutes after the meeting begins will not be permitted to sign in. The Town reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive technicalities and/or any irregularities therein, and further reserves the right to award a contract to the bidder whose proposal best serves the interests of the Town.
