Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lantana, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

STATEMENT OF WORK Isolation, removal and disposal of selected existing controls systems; furnish and install upgrades to existing obsolete Allen-Bradley SLC-5/05 PLCs with new Allen-Bradley PLCs; provide overall improvements to the existing instrumentation and controls components/SCADA system, conduit, wiring, etc. for on-site treatment processes communication and for cybersecurity improvements as shown on the plans and specifications. Schedule and coordinate with Owner and Engineer for temporary systems interruptions and transfers; obtain Town Building Department and other necessary permits; coordinate with FPL and Town's preferred integrator (CC Controls) to install, test and coordinate a complete instrumentation and controls systems upgrade. Provide all restoration and provide training to Town staff. The Water Treatment Plant (WTP) is located at 510 W. Pine Street, Lantana, FL 33462. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Town of Lantana Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
