The Town of Manalapan is seeking a bid s from qualified and experienced contractors to remodel and reroof the Water Plant Office Building at an all-inclusive lump sum cost. Scope of Services - including cost for all labor, materials and permitting. Provide alterations to existing 1-story, approximately 1,330 g.s.f. Office building as indicated on drawings dated 01/10/2 5 (uploaded as separate document in Demandstar). All work is to comply with current local Codes and associated inspection procedures. Work is to be completed in a timely manner and the building is to be protected from weather and intrusion as Work progresses. Conflicts between drawings and actual conditions or unforeseen circumstances are to be brought to the attention of the Owner and Architect as quickly as possible. Final work is to be finished in a manner to blend seamlessly with adjacent materials to remain. Include permit fees in your bid, this building is not within the confines of the Town of Manalapan, it is located in the Town of Hypoluxo.
