Site work and renovation of a fire / police facility in Lantana, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The project consists of providing construction services for renovations to the Police existing Multipurpose Room. The new work will divide the existing room into a new Conference Room for 10-15 people, as well as a new Training Room for 20-25 people and also includes purchase and installation of folding wall system. The scope includes architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection system modifications. Any questions regarding the specifications and/or the Invitation to Bid process must be submitted in writing to Mr. Eddie Crockett. To allow enough time for the Town to respond, requests for clarification and additional information should be received at least four ( 4 ) business days before the Due Date for the Bid. He Project Consists of the Renovation of the Existing Multipurpose Room The New Layout Will Divide the Space Into a Conference Room (10-15 Occupants) And a Training Room (20-25 Occupants), Separated by an Accordion Wall. The Scope Includes Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire Protection Design Modifications. Both Rooms Will Include a Suspended Ceiling System to Improve Sound Insulation. The Air-conditioning System Serving the North Wing Area Will Be Completely Renovated Plumbing Work is Excluded From This Scope. Removal and Capping of the Existing Drinking Fountain Shall Be Coordinated by Others.
