The purpose of this project is to enhance and repair core structural and mechanical systems of the Boys & Girls Club Central Unit The Project will be a renovation project utilizing Community Development Block Grant funds. Bidders shall comply with all relevant terms and ordinary and customary redevelopment agreements pertaining to contract activities including, but not limited to, compliance with Davis -Bacon, proof of participation in a US Dept. of Labor certified apprenticeship program, comprehensive general liability, employer liability and workman's compensation insurance and equal employment opportunity. The successful bidder will be the lowest responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the requirements of the project and complies with all the provisions of the specifications. Bidders should respond to this notice by presentation of a proposed contract as provided in the bidders' packet containing a fixed price bid for the work and such additional terms and conditions as bidder deems necessary or appropriate.
