Renovation of a municipal facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of May 15, 2025, the project was awarded to Around The World Realty LLC, with an awarded amount of $144,900.33.** Background DAGS building Keoni Ana requires replacement of ceiling tiles throughout the 6th floor. See the attached floor Plan. Scope of Work Complete and in-place, the following list of repairs. Notify the Contract Administrator if there are any deviations from the scope of work before proceeding. Replace all ceiling tiles throughout the 6th floor as shown in the attached floor plan. Provide 20 cartons (8 pieces/carton) of the same type of ceiling tiles for future use Time of Performance A. Provide a schedule two (2) weeks after notice to proceed. B. Three (3) months from notice to proceed. Prospective qualified Offerors are invited to attend a pre-bid conference to be held in the Lobby on the first floor of the Keoni Ana Building located at 1177 Alakea Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813
