**As of May 07, 2025 This project has been awarded to Gemini General Contracting, LLC, with the awarded amount of $208,005.05.** The scope of work for this project consists of the fabrication and installation of grinder pumps in each residence on Boyer Avenue along with related site work including but not limited to site clearing, and installing approximately 2,300 LF of force main to service a localized section of homes along Boyer Avenue. Bids must be on the official Bid Form which can be obtained from the Engineer, at the offices of ARH Associates, 215 Bellevue Avenue, Hammonton, NJ 08037 and accompanied by a Consent of Surety, a Non Collusion Affidavit, other documents required pursuant to the specifications, and a certified check, cashier s check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the amount bid but not in excess of $20,000.00, and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above. Construction shall commence at the project site within fourteen (14) calendar days after the date to be specified in the written Notice to Proceed by the Engineer and shall be completed within 120 calendar days from the date the written Notice to Proceed is given, unless otherwise agreed to.
