Renovation of an educational facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This is a bid for the production and installation, of new exterior building id signs on UWM's main campus. Products which are used, demonstrators, obsolete, seconds, or which have been discontinued are unacceptable. The contractor shall furnish all materials, connecting hardware, tools, equipment, labor, shipping, installation, and supervision as required. Removal of existing signs, and any repairs that are required to install the signs, will be completed by UWM and is not a part of this contract. In addition, UWM will do an initial cleaning of the surfaces, but the bidder will need to do a surface cleaning at the time of installation to ensure proper adhesion. Because UWM may need more signs in the future, UWM would like to enter a one (1) year contract that shall begin upon award notification. Question Submission Close Date 4/18/2025 9:00 AM CDT
