The East Central Regional Facilities Operations Board, through its agent the City of West Palm Beach, is accepting bids from qualified and responsible Contractors to furnish and assume full responsibility for the complete and proper construction of the Blower and Switchgear Improvements Project. Bidders are responsible for ensuring their bid is time-stamped by Procurement personnel by the deadline. The City shall not be responsible for any delays caused by any occurrence. Bidders shall submit one (1) original, one (1) electronic version and one (1) copy of the bid in a sealed envelope, marked in the lower left-hand corner with the solicitation number, title, submittal deadline date and time.
