The East Central Regional Facilities Operations Board , through its agent, the City ofWest Palm Beach, is accepting bids for an Eaton Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). IMPORTANT: Contact by a Bidder (or anyone representing a Bidder) regarding this ITB with the Mayor, any City Commissioner, officer, City employee or ECR employee, other than an employee ofthe West Palm Beach Procurement Division or Office of Small and Minority Business is grounds for disqualification. Bid date notes: whether by mail or otherwise, will be returned unopened. Bidders are responsible for ensuring their bid is time-stamped by Procurement personnel by the deadline. The City shall not be responsible for any delays caused by any occurrence. Bidders shall submit one (1) original and one (1) electronic version ofthe bid in a sealed envelope, marked in the lower left-hand comer with the solicitation number, title, submittal deadline date and time.
