The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center, located at 1 Chimney Point Road, Ogdensburg, NY 13669, are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance for Chillers & Ancillary Equipment at the facility. Award will result in a five-year contract effective 01/01/2026. The Scope of Work with preventative maintenance tasks, equipment list, schedule matrix, etc. is detailed in Appendix D of the attached draft contract boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the contract boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. All written questions regarding this solicitation must be sent to peter.rogers@omh.ny.gov via e-mail only by Tuesday, May 13, 2025 by 3:00pm ET. Questions and answers will be compiled by NYS Office of Mental Health and sent to all potential bidders by Tuesday, May 20, 2025.
