Inquires and responses will be posted at MetroCOG's Response to Questions/Inquires April 25, 2025. The contractor, with regard to the work performed by it during the contract, will not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in the selection 8 and retention of subcontractors, including procurements of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor will not participate directly or indirectly in the discrimination prohibited by the Acts and the Regulations, including employment practices when the contract covers any activity, project, or program set forth in Appendix B of 49 C.F.R. The contractor (hereinafter includes consultants) will comply with the Acts and the Regulations relative to Non-discrimination in Federally-assisted programs of the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), as they may be amended from time to time, which are herein incorporated by reference and made a part of this contract. MetroCOG reserves the right to accept and or reject any or all responses submitted for consideration or to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interests of MetroCOG. MetroCOG reserves the right to reject any, or any part of or all responses for any reason; to waive informalities and technicalities; and to accept the proposal which MetroCOG deems to be in its best interest, whether or not it is the lowest cost proposal. MetroCOG reserves the right to review the proposals and reject all proposals or take no action or elect not to select any proposal. MetroCOG also reserves the right to cancel this RFQ at any time and to reissue this or a substitute RFQ at a later date. In its sole discretion and without prejudice, MetroCOG will award a contract to the Respondent that it feels is best suited to complete the scope of services. This RFQ does not constitute a contract or offer of employment. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
