Provide painting services for the JFK School Campus Pool Room. Contractor and workers must be capable, experienced, and licensed/certified to perform all services. The lump sum price proposal must reflect all costs for which the BOE will be responsible, including all labor, materials, equipment (owned or rented), overtime, transportation, and necessary hand tools required by the trade, as well as any other expenses of having the workers on the job site. Regardless of exceptions taken, Contractors shall provide pricing based on the requirements and terms set forth in the Scope of Work. Pricing must be all-inclusive and cover every aspect of the description of Work. If there are additional costs associated with the Work, they must be added to this proposal. Question Deadline 04/23/2025 at 2:00 PM ET All answers will be reponded to by 2:00pm, Friday, April 25, 2025 Bidder must Include with the submitted bid, a CURRENT CERTIFED ten (10%) percent bid bond or a certified check made payable to the City of Bridgeport with their bid submission if the bid is $50,000.00 or more, except for bids from MBE's, for which a bid bond is required on bids that are $100,000 or more. Bid bonds must reference the current project. Certification showing the vendor's current MBE status must be included as part of the submission package at the time of submission for such status to be considered. The City of Bridgeport reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part or to accept any bid, in its sole discretion if doing so deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Bridgeport. This includes the right to reject any or all bids or to decline to make an award. Further, the City of Bridgeport reserves the right to make an award to more than one bidder or make awards not based solely on low bid when time is of the essence.
