The Thunder Bay Historical Museum Society invites proposals from firms interested in providing capital project management consulting services. As the principal manager of The Thunder Bay Historical Museum Societys consultants and contractors, the capital project management firm will oversee the planning and execution of The Thunder Bay Museum Facility Enhancements Project within the timelines established during the project prioritization and scheduling phase. The successful supplier will provide Project Management and Coordination On-Site Support Planning and Feasibility Assessment Project Schedule Management Procurement and Vendor Management Design and Construction Management Internal Collaboration and Consensus Building Budget and Resource Management Grant Management Risk Management and Contingency Planning Contract Negotiations and Management Quality Assurance/Quality Control Management Compliance Management Prioritize Artifact Preservation Environmental Management Administrative Support Progress Reporting/KPIs Post-Construction Management This will be achieved through a collaborative approach, both internally and externally, throughout every aspect of the project. The successful candidate will assume a central responsibility in The Thunder Bay Historical Museum Societys continued stewardship of the former Fort William Courthouse and Police Station.
