Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lincoln Park, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Reference Number 0000382927 The proposed project consists of cold mill and asphalt pavement removal of three parking lots, approximately 11,000 square yards, and repave with 2 inches of 3eml base course asphalt mix and 2 inches of 5eml wearing course asphalt mix. This project includes the removal and replacement of the concrete driveway approach, four and six (4,6) inch concrete sidewalk, and seven (7) inches handicap ramp. The project also includes the removal of the existing storm sewer and installation of new ten (10) 48-inch diameter drainage structures and 190 linear feet of 12-inch storm sewer pipes. The anticipated start date, weather permitting, is May 10, 2025, and substantially completed by November 03, 2025, with final completion by November 30, 2025. Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 60 days after the date of the bid opened.
