Reference Number 0000387829 The City of Lincoln Park is accepting sealed bids from Contractors. The proposed project to rehabilitate approximately 6700 LFT of the existing 12" water main on Fort Street from south of Outer Dr. to Champaign Rd. using cured in place lining method and new 821 LFT of 12" water main opencut method. The project also includes replacing approximately 80 existing water services with new K-Copper, 26 Fire Hydrants and 28 new 12" gate valve and D-Box. The proposed work anticipated to start on November 01, 2025, and substantially completed by September 10, 2026, with restoration and final completion by October 30, 2026. Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 90 days after the date of bid opened. Question Deadline 06/15/2025 All questions relating to the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the ENGINEER in writing.
