Reference Number 0000387824 The City of Lincoln Park is accepting sealed bids from Contractors. The proposed project to replace estimated 13,900 LFT of the existing 6" water main on Anne, Keppen, Euclid, Russell, O'Connor, Warwick, Arlington Avenues between Howard and Fort Park, Fort Park between Southfield Road and University Avenue with new 8" HDPE water main via pipe bursting, directional drilling, or opencut method. Replacing approximately 447 existing water services with new 1" K Copper, 25 Fire Hydrants and 14 new 8-inch gate valve in wells and 25 of 8-inch gate valves in D-box. The proposed work starts on November 01, 2025, and substantially completed by September 10, 2026, with restoration and final completion by October 30, 2026. Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 90 days after the date of bid opened.
