Installation of Interior Doors at the Lincoln Park Community Center, 3525 Dix Hwy., Lincoln Park, MI 48146 1. Remove & Replace 6 Interior Doors. 2. All doors to have keyed entry and lever style handles if existing doors are equipped. 3. Permit to be pulled if required by the Building Department, and fee will be waived. September 8, 2025 - award bid The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities in bidding, or to accept the lowest responsible proposal that, in the opinion of the City, will serve its best interest. Locker Room doors A and B will swing outward andwill have a locking lever style handle. Locker Room doors C and D will swing Inwardand will have a locking lever style handle. One door will open outward for the Janitors'closet it will also have a locking lever style handle. The final door for the Skate Room will open inwards and have a locking lever style handle. Remove and Replace doorframes. All gaps between frames and walls will be grouted. Contractor to provide allaccessories and hardware except for lock cores which will be provided by the City'sRepresentative.
