Renovation of an educational facility in Lincoln Park, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Lincoln Park Public Schools (LPPS) Board of Education is requesting sealed proposals for the installation of a new elevator system at Lincoln Park High School. The project requires the installation of a new elevator system at Lincoln Park High School located at 1701 Champaign Road, Lincoln Park MI 48146. The location for the mandatory walk through will begin at 1650 Champaign Road, Lincoln Park MI 48146. All equipment and materials shall be new, not used. The successful bidder shall provide a complete, turnkey project installation, which includes all necessary equipment, materials, labor and freight. The successful bidder shall also provide the initial system design and programming, which shall be coordinated with school staff. Bids are to be sealed and received at the Business Office of the Lincoln Park Public Schools, 1650 Champaign Road, Lincoln Park, MI 48146. Bids must be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as "LPHS Elevator System RFP #26-2." Refer to the Scope of Work for details regarding the project locations and tasks. The project is titled Lincoln Park High School Elevator System, managed through the Facilities/Operations/Construction department.
