Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Lincoln Park, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility.
The project requires the installation of a new elevator system at Lincoln Park High School located at 1701 Champaign Road, Lincoln Park, MI 48146. All equipment and materials must be new, not used. The successful bidder will provide a complete, turnkey project installation, including all necessary equipment, materials, labor, and freight. The successful bidder will also provide the initial system design and programming, which shall be coordinated with school staff. The bid packet must include a list of all the proposed equipment and outline all relevant work completed by the company and any third-party contractors. Bids are to be sealed and received at the Business Office of the Lincoln Park Public Schools, 1650 Champaign Road, Lincoln Park, MI 48146, in an envelope clearly marked as specified. Bids must be received no later than 10:00am local time on February 13, 2026. Interested parties must direct all communication regarding this RFP to the Director of Operations, Ron Revoir at (313) 389-0200 or email ron.revoir.jr@lpps.info Requests for clarification of proposals shall be distributed by the Director of Technology in writing (or email).
